About this program

Supportive Employment is a program that helps individuals with disabilities find and maintain meaningful, competitive jobs in their communities. Our team works closely with each person to identify their strengths, interests, and career goals, then connects them with opportunities that align with their aspirations.

We are proud to have individuals employed at Kipp, McDonald’s, New Cassel Retirement Center, and many other local businesses. Through these partnerships, participants gain valuable skills, build confidence, and contribute in meaningful ways, while receiving ongoing support to ensure long-term success.
