AngelWorks Career Center



Angel Guardians, Inc. is exceedingly proud to be recognized as the State of Nebraska’s newest contracted provider of Community-Based Developmental Disabilities Services. The AngelWorks Career Center provides Adult Day Services and prevocational training in a dynamic and supportive environment.

AngelWorks is pleased to provide clients and families with choices previously unavailable within local pre-vocational day services. We believe that individuals with special needs deserve a variety of options that allow them to utilize their skills and talents while carrying out meaningful work in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

At AngelWorks, we aim to provide each of our clients a worthy employment experience while participating in prevocational training as determined by individual program plans.

Unique to the AngelWorks Career Center are the options available, which include:
Commercial Kitchen Center
Sewing Center
Furniture Re-furbishing Center
Artisan Center that includes:
Jewelry making
Beading
Ceramics and more

In addition, AngelWorks clients may also receive practical training in Administrative Support and Custodial skills. In addition to the variety of options available on-site, clients may also choose to participate in training at the Hand Me-Ups Thrift Store as well as the Hand Me-Ups Used Furniture Gallery.

AngelWorks creates items for sale at retail outlets such as All-Paws Pet Store that include our own AngelWorks gourmet dog treats, specially designed pet pads and pet beds, ceramic pet food and water bowls, chew toys and cat toys. Specialty jewelry items and rosaries are also beautifully crafted by the AngelWorks artisans, and products are available for fundraisers and retail outlets.
